Short open meeting, followed by the AGM, then followed by "Plotting the fishing forecast", by the president.
Members are reminded of rule 3 of the constitution "All motions relative to the Constitution
of the club are to be recorded by the Secretary at the back of the Minute book
and brought up for discussion at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM)."
This is your chance to propose any major rule changes to the running of the club.
The committee
would also be interested to hear from any members who would be prepared to sit on the committee.
This would speed up the difficult part of the AGM - finding members to fill any vacant posts whgich might arise.
